Charcoal Maker

A great way to make your own charcoal and save money!

Simply fill the charcoal maker with dry wood and place in your kadai or fire bowl, cover with firewood, leave and enjoy the fire... The following day, when the fire has died down and the maker is cool, open the charcoal maker and the wood will have turned into ready-to-use charcoal.

Handy hint: Rather than making a fire specifically for the charcoal maker, place the maker in your kadai or your firepit when you have finished cooking, but whilst the embers are hot and the fire is still alight.
