Purple Cauliflower

This is a purple cauliflower which not only looks dramatic growing in the vegetable plot but delicious to eat. Treat as a standard cauliflower simply steam for a few minutes till just soft.

This is an early variety and requires fertile soil and frequent watering to grow well.

Cover to protect from white cabbage fly.
